Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Flat Rate: $12.95
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: The above delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing. We do not currently ship to all parts of Asia and some remote regions.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Alohas. Our policy is designed to be as elegant and straightforward as our products.
Policy Duration: We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items:
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Intimate Apparel & Hosiery (for hygiene reasons).
- Jewelry (due to their personal nature). These items may only be exchanged if they are defective.
All other items, including our shoes, handbags, clothing, and accessories, are eligible for return if they meet the conditions below.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth process:

- Your order number.
- Details of the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Get Authorization: We will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.
- Package Securely: Place the items securely in their original packaging. Include the completed return form (which we will email to you).
- Ship the Package: Mail your return to the address provided. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For exchanges, we will ship your new item as soon as we have received and processed the returned product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Include photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
